Salt Creek Capital Recapitalizes Four Wheel Campers

Woodside, California (October 11, 2023) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the successful recapitalization of Four Wheel Campers, an iconic manufacturer of off-road pop-up truck campers, in partnership with the President, Mr. Dan Welty.
Founded in 1972, Four Wheel Campers is the market leading manufacturer of performance overlanding campers, a segment that has a distinctive customer base from the general recreational vehicle market, and which has proven to be more resilient to market cycles. Salt Creek acquired Four Wheel Campers in September 2016 and the Company has grown considerably since the acquisition. Salt Creek and Mr. Welty continue to see avenues for future growth with plans to expand the dealer channel, introduce new features and increase brand awareness. The recapitalization marks a successful liquidity event for investors and will enable Four Wheel Campers’ continued growth.
