Salt Creek Capital is seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, create and maintain candidate databases, and support various marketing initiatives and online outreach activities targeted at growing the firm’s Executive recruitment efforts. This is a marketing and lead generation role which does not require 1:1 interviewing or traditional sales activities. This remote position will support a team of professionals in a highly collaborative environment, although the successful candidate should possess the ability to work independently

Primary Responsibilities

· Online research to identify new marketing channels for the firm to attract CEO-level candidates

· Assist in content creation for target audience online

· Execute lead generation strategies including direct outreach to target candidates

· Manage the firm’s social media presence

· Maintain a database of potential candidates

· Create and manage KPIs across campaigns

· Present activities and results weekly

· Sit in on candidate meetings to improve campaign conversions

· Make recommendations to improve campaign performance over time

 

Required Education & Experience

· 3+ years of work experience

· 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or recruitment role

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Self-starter and entrepreneurial thinker

· Strong written and presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· Comfortable using technology such as Salesorce.com

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team
