Salt Creek Capital Acquires Bay Standard Manufacturing, Inc.

Woodside, California (May 19, 2022) – Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bay Standard, Inc. and Bay Standard Manufacturing, Inc. (collectively “BSMI” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of threaded rod, fasteners and related products to customers throughout the Western U.S. Founded in 1959 and headquartered in Brentwood, California, the Company’s products are predominantly used for multi-story wood frame buildings with an emphasis on adhering to local seismic and other regional specification requirements.
Salt Creek Capital is partnering with Mr. Walter Gross, who has served as the President of BSMI since 2015, along with the rest of the management team on this transaction.
