Business Type:	Manufacturing, business and consumer services, distribution, franchisors, other.
Transaction Type:	Majority buyout or recapitalization resulting from retiring owner or partner, sale of family owned company or corporate divestiture.
Management:	We specialize in situations that require new management and partner with successful executives who can become President / CEO of the acquired company.
Industry preferences:	We are flexible / agnostic to industry segments.
Will not consider:	Early-stage companies, turn-around or distressed situations, real estate only financings.
